Colleen OClair is a native of the state of Massachusetts and spent her childhood in the town of Acton. She has many stories of how this town has changed through the years and how her family and her husbands family have contributed to Actons interesting growth and history. Colleen is married to Gary and has 4 wonderful children who were raised in the town of Littleton. Colleen was fortunate enough to be a stay at home mom while volunteering her time with the girl scouts, boy scouts, soccer, PTSA, SPEDPAC, fundraising and the actual building of Castle in the Trees playground. When the children started school, Colleen went back out into the work force and worked various jobs that always involved customer service. Soon Colleen found her niche REAL ESTATE. Real estate incorporated everything that she had been doing in other jobs - marketing, advertising, problem solving, multitasking and most of all her providing her clients with the best possible service. These days Colleen and Gary reside in the town of Westminster. After purchasing a plot of land, Colleen and Gary designed their current home, and with the help of a builder, saw their dream home come alive. Colleen has continued with her real estate education and is certified in Residential Construction (RCC), New Home Specialist (CNHS), and Loss Mitigation Certification (LMC). LMC is connected to todays real estate market because the training deals specifically with short sales, auctions and foreclosures. In her spare time, Colleen enjoys ballroom dancing and especially enjoys local competitions. Colleen has competed in Dancing with the Realtors which raised money for Habitat for Humanity.
